Be careful now of WAMU adding an online payment fee to your account. I just noticed a fee charged my account without me knowing. I have advised the company of this issue and awaiting a response back. I have had nothing but problems with Providian/WAMU since day one. I would suggest everyone stay away from this company - no matter what kind of services they are offering - I think they are trying to recoup money from us - the consumers for the mistakes their employees made. They were not smart enough to see what was going on, now we have to pay for it. I will never do business with this company again...
