wamu-espn annoying outsourcing

recently wamu-espn has being contacting me for various reasons and using annoying foreigners to make the calls! first of all they call from so far away that sometimes it's delayed and they keep asking the same thing over because either they don't wait for the delay or they just plain don't hear/understand u. and i for one can barely understand them!!! i don't want to hear punjab muttering he doesn't know and waiting for his typing so he can pull up a generic computer generated response. i don't care if this sounds politically incorrect but it's annoying as ***! if ur an american company use people that FULLY understand english!
