WAMU harrassed me 9 wks on home equity loan only to ask for more docs I have a great credit score.

WAMU complaint
Very unprofessional, no knowledge, rude, no return phone calls, managers and higher don't know what they are doing. Can't ask for more than one piece of paper at a time, kept me coming back repeatedly - no customer service- I provided W-2's, tax returns, statements on accounts, have suffficient income, great credit score but they still want more. Managers do not know what branches are doing - Harrassment is a kind word for what they have done to me in the last nine weeks. I am so disgusted with their lack of service and disinterest in handling the banking business correctly - do not know where to go for professional, courteous, knowledgable help.
